We are proud to offer a unique roast course which presents a theoretical and practical introduction to the basics of roasting. We welcome coffee enthusiasts, baristas, home roasters, and anyone wanting to expand their coffee knowledge.

3. Roasting equipment and roast procedure
4. Small-batch and production roasting
5. Final cupping and summary
The class will last 5-6hrs and will be held by two tutors. To ensure maximum knowledge transfer, we will keep the group to 4-6 participants.
