Two coffees form the foundation of our Blend: Irmas Pereira and Palmichal. The Irmas offering a creamy and rich mouthfeel, whilst the Palmichal brings cleanliness and fruit character to the cup. We now bring back to the Blend - Sasaba, one of our long time favourite coffees. This natural coffee brings character and complexity to the blend, and a delicate floral note. This coffee makes a mouth-coating, sweet espresso and a rich, low acidity filter brew.
