Dos Campos is a farm located in the region of the Serra de Mantiqueira mountain range at an altitude of 1250 m.a.s.l.
The coffee is grown under sustainable conditions to preserve the natural land and is reaching a high quality standard thanks to the fertile soil and the balanced climate of the region. This micro lot of Yellow Bourbon underwent a semi-washed processing, also referred to as Pulped Natural. In this method the skin of the coffee cherry is mechanically peeled off, leaving a fruity layer of mucilage on the bean itself. The coffee is then dried together with the pulp, resulting in a greater sweetness and body without sacrificing any cleanness.
Dos Campos stands out with a naturally low acidity yet a surprising range of complex flavours. We aim for a fully developed roast to highlight sweetness and a syrupy mouthfeel.
