The numerous coffee farms of the Miaky family are located in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais in Brazil. Their focus on quality has been linked to sustainability and the preservation of the natural environment in and around the farms. This coffee invites amazement at its great body and cleanness in combination with its delicous notes of chocolate and nuts.
The Ethiopian component comes from the Guji area in the Southwest. We use a washed processed coffee from various local varieties. It provides extra sweetness and delicous fruit, which merges with our Miaky for the delivery of a balanced and round espresso.
