The Guadelupe farm are proud of their attention to detail regarding farming practices. The coffee is planted in loam clay soils, as loam has a preferable ability to retain nutrients and moisture. Ripe cherries are picked and de-pulped the same afternoon. The beans are then
fermented, washed with natural spring water and then sun dried. All this care is personified by a high-quality sweetness, integrated acidity, and clarity throughout the cup.
