Almibar

Almibar is a newly established, communal blend produced by a select group of smallholders in the Central Huila region of Colombia. The smallholders farms are typically between 2 to 3 hectares and upwards of 2000masl, growing mainly Caturra, Castillo and Colombia varietals. This coffee offers an incredibly balanced, sweet and complex option for both espresso and filter options, and is the perfect coffee for a more clean and transparent ‘house-coffee’, perfect for all coffee drinkers.
