Cerro Buena Vista

After the continuous success of this coffee, we are privileged to offer it again! In recent years, the young producers of the Brunca region in Costa Rica are starting to push the potential of the coffee here, and the results are great to see. The Catuai trees here were planted in new soil, so they could be placed in the formations to avoid erosion and capture more sunlight. This lot goes through Red Honey process, where the majority of the fruit is left on the beans throughout drying, allowing for wonderfully complex flavour to come through in the final cup.
