Jaguarundi

Jaguarundi is cultivated on the warm slopes of northern Huila, named after the local wild cat - Jaguarundi, known for its agility and adaptability. The actual lot is a culmination of several smallholders in the local region who grow their cherry on their land before picking and drying with the whole fruit intact. The warm days and cooler nights allow for slow drying of the fruit, that allows for more sugars and tropical notes to develop into the final cup profile. The resulting coffee is sweet and intense, with bold fruit flavours, ideal for all drinking experiences.
