La Pitina Washed

We are incredibly happy to now offer not only the Honey and the Natural processed coffees from the Alvarado family, but now we offer this beautifully elegant, washed lot from the same farm. For this lot, as well as other washed coffees, the skin of the cherry is fully removed before drying. This allows for a more transparent flavour, void of fermentation, with the unique aspects of the terroir, varietal and cultivation to shine through in the cup. We are incredibly excited and proud to be able to offer three different processing methods from one amazing farm.
