Shantawene - Ethiopia is renowned for the sheer range of flavour it can offer. Washed lots typically create clean and elegant cups. But Shantawene, a rare natural anaerobic lot, is intensely fruity, floral and incredibly expressive.  

Gichuna AA - This is the first time in our sourcing history that we are offering this solely SL-28 varietal. Isolating one varietal is nearly impossible across most Kenyan harvests. Allowing it to shine entirely on its own reflects a rare commitment and dedication for the farmers.
