Thiririka AB

The Thiririka is the result of hundreds of local smallholders in the surrounding areas around the Washing Station. There are actually 3 factories that produce the cherry that goes into this coffee; Githembe, Kiganjo and Ndundu. The cherry is sorted meticulously and graded in sorting channels before being dried on raised beds. This particular harvest offers bright berry flavours, sweet vanilla and round and balanced pie-like notes that offers a wonderfully sweet and drinkable Kenyan coffee, perfect for a fruity filter coffee or sweet and unique espresso.
