Adola by Israel Degfa

Adola is our second offering from the incredible work of Israel Degfa. Adola is found in the lush, forest covered mountains of Aferara in Guji. The wet mill itself is one of Israel’s largest farms, with over 300 drying beds. Most of the coffee here is grown organically, with organic compost and pruning being carried out regularly. The coffee spends the first hours drying under shade, before being sun dried for up to 15 days on raised beds.
