Black grape, prune & nutmeg
Bumbogo is located in an area known for high quality coffees, with many Cup of Excellence winners coming from the surrounding farms. This washed lot was chosen from the washing station as an example of exceptional quality. The coffee is pulped, then placed in dedicated concrete fermentation tanks for around 12 hours. Afterwards it is released into serpentine grading channels, while only the highest graded beans are selected for this microlot.
