Bumbogo is known for high quality coffees and Cup of Excellence winners. The cherries of this Honey processed lot are pulped and hand sorted before being placed on raised African beds and then dried for around 35 days. During this period the coffee takes on the unique fruit quality from the surrounding mucilage. The raised beds are constructed on a large, open plain where the drying coffee has maximum exposure to airflow and sunlight.
