After the success of our last Sugarcane Decaf, we are excited to be able to work with the decaffeinated version of our long standing coffee, El Carmen. This particular coffee comes from Pitalito, Huila in Colombia, and is decaffeinated using a method that soaks the green beans in a solvent produced by fermented sugarcane.
We are again amazed by how incredibly clean, sweet and complex this Decaf coffee is, and we are excited to continue our work with the El Carmen association.
