Through our commitment to the Red Association project in Colombia, we are able to support a wide range of farmers at their various levels of production. Thankfully, some coffees often score high enough to be separated as a microlot, and we are delighted to be sharing one of these with you now. Theresa Lopez’s lot was a stand out on the cupping table, with a unique lactic quality, creamy mouthfeel and bright berry flavours.
