This is our second year buying this Naturally processed Bourbon from Finca Miramar. Located high up in the Palo de Campana region of the Santa Ana Volcano. The incredibly rich and vibrant fruit character, mixed with a deliciously sweet lactic quality makes a perfect coffee for both espresso and filter and we are excited to be working together with this producer again.
