At Jaguara, the potential for flavour intense coffees from Brazil was not only mapped out but also achieved over the past few years. They are using highly skilled and sustainable practises across their range of varietals. This along with the cultivation and processing has resulted in unique and high quality coffees being produced here. This particular lot was fermented for 72 hours and dried on raised beds, and this gives the coffee an incredibly diverse and complex flavour experience.
