This is our first year buying from Las Joyas and we are extremely excited to be adding this special coffee to our range. The region of Huehuetenango is renowned for its high altitudes and hot, dry winds which help to create the particular climate to produce outstanding and unique coffees. This mixed Bourbon and Caturra lot stood out on our cupping table for it ́s winey acidity and high- quality sweetness which help to support a juicy and vibrant, candy-like flavour profile.
